Secure Packaging
Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our London-based Quality Assurance department for inspection.
Final Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
